Multi-Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 4

1/4 cup Blanched Raw Almonds

1/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

1/4 cup Toasted Roasted Peanuts

1/4 cup Ground Flax Seeds

3 tblsp Honey

3-4 cups Water 

2 Bananas

2 cups Pineapple (frozen)

2 cups Mango (frozen)

2 cups Strawberries (frozen)

8 tblsp Multi-Fruit Boost

Directions:

1. Grind nuts & seeds in blender, then add water and blend.

2. Add remaining ingredients

3. Blend till smooth.

4.Enjoy.
