Coconut Green Smoothie

Serves: 4

4 Cups coconut water (or replace 2 cups with pineapple Juice)

1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup chopped kale

3 carrots

3 celery stalks

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup walnuts

8 tblsp Multi-Green Boost

1 Advocado (optional)

Directions:

1. Put all dry ingredients in blender.

2. Add coconut water

3. Blend till smooth.

4.Enjoy.
